Terms of Use

Bulletlink provides software, hosting, and publishing tools that enable publishers to create, manage, and operate websites and digital publications. By using the platform, users agree to comply with applicable laws and to use the services responsibly.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts. Subscription services, billing terms, and renewal conditions are governed by the information presented at the time of purchase, and access to services may be suspended if payment obligations are not met.

Bulletlink provides technology and hosting services only. Publishers using the platform are independent parties and are solely responsible for their content, subscription programs, privacy disclosures, data collection practices, operational security, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Bulletlink does not control or review publisher content and does not assume responsibility for publisher decisions, business practices, or interactions between publishers and their end users. Any claims, complaints, or disputes arising from publisher content, publisher data collection, subscription practices, or publisher-operated websites are the sole responsibility of the publisher. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulletlink shall not be liable for disputes, losses, or legal claims arising from publisher operations or publisher-managed websites. Publishers agree that any requests, complaints, or legal claims related to content, subscriptions, or data practices on publisher-operated websites must be directed to the publisher operating the site and not to Bulletlink.

All software, technology, and platform materials provided by Bulletlink remain the property of Bulletlink unless otherwise stated. Services are provided on an "as available” basis, and while we strive to provide reliable service, Bulletlink does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulletlink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, traffic, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.

Bulletlink may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
